Non-Member institution with a static IP address.
What is the fee and condition?
The annual subscription fee with archive files is USD 1,520 per institution.
The frequency of publication is 12 per year.
What do I need to sign up and when will it become available?
You need a valid major credit card number, name and address of your institution,
e-mail address and static IP address(es).

Once registered, we will inform you the user id and the password via e-mail
(Please allow 10-15 business days.)
